Daniel is a board certified PMHNP (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) in the state of Ohio. He is also licensed as an RN in the state of California, as well as holding a multistate RN compact license, and can see RN consult/case management clients in these states (map updated regularly). Offered services
Nurse Daniel's services are private-pay to ensure the best confidentiality between provider and client. This allows me to diagnose and treat conditions with the maximum of confidentiality. My computerized records do not interface with other systems and protecting your health data is a very high priority. Living in the USA in 2025 can feel uncertain about the benefits (or risks) of pursuing a diagnosis or treatment. All potential clients are encouraged to book a brief virtual consult call at no cost to learn more about your options and determine the right path for you.
Transgender Health
Disability health
As a disabled provider I am able to provide client-centered care in an understanding setting without judgement.
Medication Management
Psychiatric medication may make the difference between stability and instability. We can discuss what options may help you best.
Chronic pain and substance use
Neurodivergence diagnosis
Learn more about the formal assessment process for neurodivergence. I use an affirming, MIGDAS-2 based protocol based assessment for Autism, and a DIVA-5 based protocol for ADHD. For those who desire or require a formal diagnosis, I can make this process as comfortable and empowering as possible.
Consultations and training presentations
If you're looking for professional consultation (ongoing or one time) regarding the care of your clients with embodied transgender/queer, disabled/chronic pain, and/or neurodivergence experience, feel free to reach out to me.
I can also help with letter writing (ex: affirming referral letters for surgeries, disability accommodations letters for school or work, parking permit forms, statements of medical necessity for emotional support or psychiatric service animals).
I offer 101 level and beyond trainings on these same topics. I can support a sliding scale fee structure for not-for-profit organizations. I have a broad network of providers who have expertise on other topics.
